How do you pay for the games, psn cards? and where did you buy them?

that amd and 7850 would do far from 60.
even my 2500k clocked to 4,5 and overclocked 7850 (above 7950 oc) cant do constant 60 maxed
but that is a pretty good (above average) pc. surely for more uses than ps4 anyway. and oculus rift shoult work on it !

PSN cards yes. I buy them directly on amazon.com, just input a fake US home address.
PSN codes are instantly delivered to email on amazon.

for 400 you can buy a I5/I7 + motherboard for it + 4 gigs 1330mhz
add another 300 and you can add GFGTX660/760 + 1TB drive
add another 200 and you can buy Tagan 580W + a good case for your PC + mouse + keyboard+speakers
add another 100 and you can buy a monitor or just plug that PC into a LCDTV or LEDTV
so for 1000 euro you can have monster PC that can run games in 4K on Ultra in 120FPS
for 400 you get a next gen console that can barely can output 1080p 30fps
and the LULZ is PC costs return when you harr things from movies to games
consoles dont ... add PSN+/XBOX GOLD to play INTERNET games , add games prices for console that are magical already 4x more expensive the the same version on PC

Not everyone gets their hardware with reduced prices like Sony or any other big company buying masses of things. Maybe something you guys should keep in mind.
A PS4 rig with the same prices everyone else would pay for if built with parts from general retailers would result in similar or at least 20-40 bucks difference.
If Sony were to do this with a PC they could easily outperform the PS4 and even offer a cheaper price, hence the discounts they get.
In short to achieve the same performance:
PC built by private person: 500$
PS4 built by a company: 400$ (this already counts in the massive discount they get, so they can offer it for this price and still make profit)
See you guys in 4 years when the PS4 has been outdated for 2 years.

If it came to PC I'd play it but it's certainly not a system-seller and I wouldn't buy it either.
A 7990 (pair of 7970s) doesn't even break 100fps at 1080, let alone 1440 or above 
No single card on the market (including 780ti, including 290x) even breaks 30fps on average at 4K resolution in BF4.
