Hey,

Is RLD release working fine for you guys?
Can't get single player exe to work, it always crashes at desktop (plus Windows Defender bitches about a virus) Sad

Jep! Fused it with 3DM's V10 crack and working perfectly fine so far. I have no Anti-Virus on my system since past 2 years now. Razz

Sorry if this has been asked before, but does the RLD crack have all content (except online stuff) as 3DM's?

There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.

Nothing will ever come close, I reckon.

Replaying through 2/B/R ftm, they are just miles better. The only thing where AC4 excels is naval combat. And that should speak volumes seeing as how besides it, the only other improvement which is worth mentioning is the combat refined along with 3. The older games just have so much depth while AC3/4...well...let's just leave it at that.

Maybe Watch Dogs still holds some hope, seeing as how it's produced by the same people behind AC1/2/B/R.

For once it seems a company kind of listen to what gamers had to say. I remember that when AC3 came out people werent impressed about the game as a whole but everyone said that everything about ship combat and stuff like that was awesome and game focused on that is the way to go. And now we have Black Flag.

Hmmm.. I need to kill Benjamin Hornigold .. Im supposed to locate his ship among others and then destroy it. Well it seems I destroyed all ships but the fucker is nowhere to be found although I do have "locate xx" changed to "kill xx" which means I, kinda, found him lol but..I don't see any ship left Very Happy

And I got locked in a large area where Im supposed to kill him..frustrating..

PS Reloaded my last checkpoint..and he appeared..ffs.

When AC3 came out, Black Flag was already in development for over a year.
Ubi has working studios on multiple AC games at a time, otherwise they wouldn't be able to steadily milk the cow.
By now different teams are probably already running beta tests for AC5, conceptualizing AC6, finishing DLC for AC4 and a couple studios are making new mobile and handheld spin offs. That machinery is huge. What you see in the 30minute credits isn't even half of it.

I can't believe people actually liked the story in AC2 and AC:B, those are some of the worst stories I have ever seen in the game. It got a lot better in Revelations.

Finished the game, now at 65% total completion. Smile
(Now to land on every single island and grabbing stuff, doing contract work and so on.)

The story could have been better but it picked up a bit towards the end although they do jump around a lot and major characters are killed off in rapid succession, hell I was surprised there was anyone left alive on the isles when the game was over. Razz

Had to look up the Wiki to get the rest of the story for Edward Kenway since the game only gives a small nod towards what happens next, interesting info. Very Happy

So that's where those bits of info were from, good to know. Smile
(There's quite a few things happening until Haytham Connor begins his mission from Assassin's Creed III, was fun reading up on the backstory on that, plus a lot of side stories for AC3 itself further expanding on Haytham's character.)

I don't think that people liked those 2 games for the story (mainly). But for the setting, the atmosphere, the characters, the new more open-world style of gameplay.

Personally I fancy the art design, the costumes, the attention for details, the soundtrack, heck... the whole cultural aspect and mainly the renaissance vibe. Being in Rome in the 16th century is something, I tell you. Smile

Hi, is there a way to unlock the frame rate?
DisplayableRefreshRate=0 in Assassin4.ini (like I read on Steam forum) doesn't work for me. Sad

Retail legit copy.
