PhysX can actually be used for water although I have no idea if the performance tradeoff is small enough to allow larger implementations.
(Tessellation could also be used with DirectX 11 I guess, CryTek even did a pretty convincing water simulation with Far Cry and then Crysis.)

There's a tech video from earlier this year floating around:

G-Sync is a game-changer for me. I'll switch to team Green as soon as decent displays with G-Sync are out.

Well too bad most of the AAA or big games are shitty console ports like AC4 (yes, I know it is cross-platform shut the fuck up) and will be running like shit because despite spoken "PC superiority" games being made for consoles.

No they can't, they're Quadros. Would require flashing and driver hacking. Former isn't possible anymore AFAIK.

Which drivers are best for a 660? The newest ones or are there still some problems? I won't be playing any of the newest games soon.

There are details on NVIDIA's plans on their website, where the graphics card maker announces they will discontinue new driver support for legacy Direct X 10-era products after April 1, 2016 (thanks Maximum PC via HARDOCP). Word is the upcoming 340 drivers will be the last series to specifically support older cards such as the 9800 GTX:

After Release 340, any subsequent Windows driver release starting with Release 343 will cease to support the products listed in this section.

The Release 340 drivers will continue to support these products until April 1, 2016, and the NVIDIA support team will continue to address driver issues for these products in driver branches up to and including Release 340. However, future driver enhancements and optimizations in driver releases after Release 340 will not support these products.

What the hell is happening to CPU usage? And no, nothing was changed except drivers and no, same set of applications running.
