An offer I couldn't refuse. Bought it that day, started playing yesterday and it's very fun.
As I understand the game on release was considered a bit lackluster because a) it didn't have enough content and b) both CS and CS:S communities were avoiding it because reasons.
But today it has a good enough amount of official content and even more user generated and there are a lot of people playing it.
As a casual I can hop to a deathmatch game or an arms race game and have some quick dumb fun. Then as I become better I can start playing the more traditional modes.
My only annoyance is the surprisingly "bad"/lores graphics, due to its cheap-DD-game / meant-to-run-on-terrible-computers nature. Oh well.
In terms of usability / accessibility etc it's an excellent introduction to CS for any player.

A friend bought me the CS Collection and I've been playing this for the past week.
It's not bad but the hit reg is strange, there are players that refuse to die despite being hit by a whole AK mag, plus half a deagle mag, aiming for the head doesn't result in a headshot, but aiming to the sides does.
In 1.6, I aim for the head and get a headshot, in GO, I aim for the balls and get a headshot.

That's exactly my biggest 'problem' with the game. I like it and I had several hours of fun with it, but somehow the hit detection is so random that makes me go berserk every single match. It almost gives you the impression that you're not 100% responsible for your own shooting, and this is not a very pleasant sensation in an online fps.
It has nothing to do with accuracy or recoil, it's just that you never know what to expect really. The element of surprise is strong with this one (<- which can also be seen as a positive aspect depending on the personal taste and level of masochism).

Did some Competitive matches with a friend. Won one, tied one. Got two drops as well. M249 and Scout, Scout skin is rare and pretty cool looking. Sells for ~0.35-0.40 eur on Market.

The core of the Game isn't stupid but the community is worse than the one from lol, that's why i stoped playing this, you can't even play five games in mm, without getting not a cheater, leaver, rageboy or whatever, makes so much fun.. not.

Lol really fishy... GeT_RiGT was nowhere near his form from previous 2 days. And usually when he plays he is on man army. Also fOreST also was quite bad...

^ROFL.
Anyway, I bought this game back in December, put about 60 hours into it and I really can't play for more than 30-45m in one sitting, I get bored.
I used to be able to play 1.6 for 3-4 hours in one sitting, last time I played back in '11, I put about 200 hours into it in 3 months, but I can no longer play any online shooter for more than an hour, it's all so boring.

I'm laughing at the fact you take it so seriously.
