Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag

Foliage has it's uses for avoiding the player model being right in the middle of the screen. Razz

EDIT: Halfway through the story.

EDIT: And the game is completed. Very Happy

EDIT:

(The Aveline story and acquiring the Templar outfit.)

EDIT:

(Had to use a trainer for these, game decided that the zoom and fov changes required a stronger sun flare which looks a bit comical.)

Yeah, also having the area I'm currently in be a 100% unashamed Lovecraft homage kinda helps. Miskatonic River, Innsmouth Academy, etc. Very Happy

Once you complete 70 challenges you get access to a in-game cheat (Shiver-me-timbers) that turns enemies into what looks like a mix between a scarecrow, target dummy and a Rabbid.

Additionally this was just released so that you can use a Cheat-Engine script to work around the limitation of the game not saving when the codes are activated, seems he might soon get the debug codes working too.
http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=569739
(So you can finish missions while having enemies looking like Rabbids, having a skeletal crew and Edward is walking around drunkenly spewing cheesy one-liners from old pirate movies, plus setting time-of-day and controlling the ocean waves.)

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
(Just about done with the western continent, now it's the southern areas that need to be completed and finally the two DLC areas.)

Hiding the HUD is kinda impossible so I'm pressing L (log/quests) and taking a couple of screens, if timed correctly the HUD and skill bar should have faded out but the mini map will still be visible, not much I can do about that.
(So I don't take that many screenshots of the game but I liked this area.)

EDIT: The official screenshot is better though.

EDIT: Heh the image died, ah well it wasn't that interesting. Razz

Your SweetFx profile really sharpens the game up albeit up close it kinda makes things a bit grainy though in others like the last comparison you posted it's pretty easy to notice that it helps clear up the somewhat blurry background vista. Smile

Anyways more Divinity:

(Mostly just talking with animals in these, sure it costs a talent point but it's a interesting additional bit of info, or at times even more.)

(The attention to detail is stunning really, they even have a animation for the cat where it licks it's own arse, never seen that in a game before.)

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag - Freedom Cry

(Also featuring black bars, how fitting. Razz )

(Considering I just got a machete I guess I could try to re-enact the movie with the same name for the next set of images, apparently they even made a sequel to it.)

EDIT: Also now that I check the images again it seems Adewale has the same lip damage that many of Desmond's ancestors had, as did Desmond himself.
(We used to just take a finger but it was impractical - as was ritualistic branding - so now we'll just punch you in the mouth instead, welcome to the order brother assassin!)

The House of the Dead / The Typing of the Dead - Overkill

I thought they fixed the screen resolution with the patch but it seems they did not so it looks pretty bad unless you run it windowed in 1280x720 or lower.
