hmm, had a very clear offside with side ref lifting his flag, but no whistle. I wonder if it's a bug or a feature. I'd like some realistic margin of error for refs. Right now it's not balanced tho  Also, 80% of conceded goals come from weird bugs not letting me control my defender properly or shitty gk ai :/

yep, the game draws you to it with its amazing parts, but in the end, you always get owned by silly bugs.
And offside code needs a lot of work. From my experience, I doubt your situation was a feature, as for me the offsides are super strict, and trigger in the dumbest situations.
doing a short corner almost always leads to an offside.
And i've had offside getting called after a goal kick.
So yah, gotta agree with most, next year could be big if the devs don't mess it up. the core of the game is fantastic.

There are some users at Evo-web who are using a gameplay modification called "Yair patch 0.5b" with fairly positive results (apparently), but I haven't tested that one yet. Not sure if placebo, or real improvement.

I bet that patch works best with 1.4 though, and I can't play without pes edit patch, since then half the games names and stats are glkasdlfkadlsfkl..
Think i'm either gonna have to purchase the game to get full patches,
or ill stop playing and wait for 15. theres no in between.
I'm not conceding anymore comical goals

Seems like it uses the 1.1 exe of the game, so there might be a chance that it's running fine for you  (along with PESEdit)

I guess so. We need to wait for the guy to update it to the latest version in order to have everything working. This game is like a huge multi-layered riddle to solve, as soon as you fix something, new problems appear.  |

Is there like an official link with vids and description of manual shooting brokenness in 1.1?
Cause i noticed shots almost always go up it seems, and i hit a lot of crossbars
And now i installed 1.4 from ixi's link on top of pes edit 1.3.. it worked fine, but its using 1.1 exe..
But the game plays totally different. Where as before on superstar i won the world cup, now i didn't get a single shot of all game and lost 3:0... passing was totally different, like the sensitivity was decreased dramatically. Have to hold the button very long,for anything other then a wimpy pass. And the PC played a lot better then before, pretty much flawless.
Running was also nerfed it seems, I feel glued to the ground when i try to run with the ball...
the worst is, I dunno if the patch conflict messed all this up, or if those are official tweaks

i've experienced the first one a lot,
but i was able to score a few goals with the header, using the button,
but yeah its not easy or reliable.
Meh, gonna wait till next pes edit patch and if the game is still broken, see ya in 2015 PES

pesedit 2.0 is out, but no fileloader and u have to use mini image for it if u have isodemo

Fifa 14 is actually good gameplay-wise as long as you play full-manual, too bad that the single player part with the simplistic AI is basically like a training camp for the online. I bet soon the franchise will become online-only with the beloved micro-transactions.

Both correct 
I still play full-manual against the auto CR7's, but as you can imagine my results are as encouraging as Adebayor's performances |

Use Alcohol. For me Daemon Tools don't work with miniimage but Alcohol works perfectly

Daemon Tools Lite works perfectly as long as you add a SCSI drive instead of standard.

It worked for me on windows 7. But i've installed 8.1 couple of weeks ago, and now it just won't work.
And, even when i install Daemon Tools Pro version, i can't add SCSI drive :s
And now i can't even install Alcohol 120%. It stops at this step:
Execute: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Alcohol Soft\Alcohol 120\MX_RegShlEx64.exe" C:\Program Files (x86)\Alcohol Soft\Alcohol 120\AxShlEx64.dll
damnit..

For the Windows 8.1 users with DAEMON Tools SCSI emulation problems:
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\cdrom\Enum
There's something like:
SCSI\CdRom&Ven_IBAH&Prod_K1EB0D23&Rev_1.04\5&25c1106b&6&000000
Change the SCSI into IDE so it says:
IDE\CdRom&Ven_IBAH&Prod_K1EB0D23&Rev_1.04\5&25c1106b&6&000000
Export the whole ENUM key and merge the reg-file every time you wanna play PES2014.
