1. Bioshock Infinite

Don't think I've played more than an hour of any other FPS this year.

3. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon

Even though I barely played Shadow Warrior. Did the first mission only, took me 2 hours, had more fun in that time than I had trying for 5 minutes any modern military crap shooter released in the past 10 years or so.

Haven't played a lot of shooters this year, but I couldn't nominate Bioshock as a decent shooter.

So:
1. Battlefield 4 (I'm new to the franchise Wink)
2. Call of Juarez

There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.
Truly gone fishing.

1. Metro: Last Light
2. Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon

Bioshock had an interesting story and some excellent voice work, and the overall package was vastly better than the previous games, but I don't know how anyone could ever call it a good shooter.

This is a temporal list, waiting for me to finish "Call of Juarez: Gunslinger". The list is based exclusively on shooting mechanics, regardless if every other aspect of a game is shit.

1. Shadow Warrior
2. Metro Last Light
3. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger
3. Crysis 3
4. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon

1. Bioshock Infinite (I know, it was heavily streamlined. And cinematic, guided..hell it wasn't even Bioshock..but what can I do, I loved it)
2. Metro Last Light (this sequel both aroused and disappointed me, but not in equal measure. The fun factor definitely prevailed in the end)
3. ARMA 3 (only game that makes our glorious masterrace stand out, Arma will always have a spot here)
4. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon (the whole cheesy 80s incorporated into a single crazy piece of irreverent entertainment)
5. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger (a really pleasant surprise. Not quite a proper sequel, but its unique comic-style and solid shooting were a blast)

Honorable mentions to Shadow Warrior (the only reboo this year that didn't make me raise an eyebrow. Kudos to Lo Wang!) and Crysis 3 for being fairly enjoyable again, after the unfortunate second chapter.
