I was quoting/asking MORPHINEUS because Bethesda actually raised their sale prices during the Steam Autumn Sale and I didn't remember any of the DLC ever being 75% off on Steam.

I guess you missed the big 75%/50% signs at the top. If you don't buy the whole pack, the individual games are only 50% off.

I know it doesn't, lol. My question was whether I need to downlaod the game I purchase from them right away or can I activate my key on steam at any time later on?
I hope it's clearer now, I've got quite the hangover here.

no its not clear
you ACTIVATE the key now or soon
but u DO NOT need to download now. or this year or any time really
once u activate its yours, you own it. u dont need to download a thing
