An incredibly worrying situation. €19 for a "starter" pack of just California? I hope this is wrong or just not explained properly Neutral

Ahhhh, supposedly the starter pack is just a beta/early access payment model, you gt the game at a reduced price and they continually add new content as development goes ahead.

they certainly aint known to be greedy, but i guess things can change, lets hope not tho

might be a "early access" thing ? you get the rest for free at a later date


and as much as i like cool looking PB's id rather have "scandinavian addon" and get some real trucking going Very Happy

Hopefully it doesn't end up like Train Simulator, with its ~$2,000 worth of "DLC". Very Happy

While I love ETS, being a Yank I've got a certain soft-spot for 18 Wheels of Steel and the like. Looking forward to this.

At first they said the "starter pack" should be considered like early access, buy now and they'll add more content as it goes on. Now they're saying boxed editions get a key for another expansion later, but not digital, which makes this sound like a huge scam. Buy now! Get California! Buy again later! Get Arizona! Buy again later! Get the next state out of 50

Man, talk about a clickharvesting bullshit link title, eh? "Release date info!!!11111" when the developers clearly state they're not talking about release date yet Very Happy Gorgeous shots though, really looking forward to this -- but I want some pricing confirmation first, because so far the first "pack" they announced is too expensive if it's just one pack and you have to buy the rest. If it's a buy-in cost and you get one pack at the start, but later ones added for free, then yay.

Looks like a GTA V pc screenshot. Razz
I guess this will move to a 2015 release. They keep updating ETS2 every day... I would like to see earlier their Bus Simulator project though.
