How can you tell when a steam sale has been really shitty?
When key prices are higher than they were at the start 
Last year they went down to 1.70... At the moment, they're back up to 2.30... Nnnooooooo......

Don't think so - was 75% off if I remember correctly which is the same 'cept in Russia/Brazil maybe if you go the steamtrades route.
