IS it wrong to want to 'dishonourably discharge' players who do that? Laughing

it depends. I'm not a big fan of air vehicles in bf anyway, so i rather have 1 AA dominating the sky, then 1 plane dominating the ground Smile

If I was totally honest, I see ZERO reason for having jets in the game. Calling in air strikes would make MUCH more sense... but then I suppose it's not as much 'fun'...

Heli's are cool tho Very Happy

I really fell in love with the LMGs Surprised
Using the M249 i think now (which you unlock from the campaign).
This weapon really fucks good with a scope on and if you find a good spot you won't get discovered so fast. Only some snipers are my nightmare.
But dat 200 mag with pretty fast reload and shooting shound Me Gusta

High K/D ratio alone doesn't really say much - it's not that hard to get that depending on how the match goes.
Adding the AA/Jet talk to this - my highest kill streak (52 kills) was while flying the attack jet. Didn't get killed or crashed all the way until the end of the round since I jumped into the seat.

Had I jumped into the jet straight from the beginning of the round I could have a 52-0 result (or higher) on the record with no cheating...

Attack jets are absolutely devastating to anything on the map, air, water or ground, if you don't have proper AA support.
I am guessing the OP Mobile AA is to counter that, but I think they overdid it a little Very Happy

Still using my trusty Type 88, so fun to kill snipers =) But I've been owned by MG4, so that might be the next one. Still 12k points to go though. M249 I don't have as I only played couple missions from start as FAMAS didn't unlock, like it was supposed to, so fuk SP Razz

88 is too slow for me.
M249 is worth doing last mission agaaaain? It is so boring Very Happy

I don't think we had an offical one, but Ankh had one, and Aeona and me had one for BF3. Don't know if he's still paying for it now that I'm broke

Ta Smile Seeing as we don't have an 'official' server, I might see if I can organise a few of us to go in at the same time... see how that goes.

So anyone figured out what/where/why BF4 leaks memory?

Here's from my game just moments ago. In shot memory usage is 7.46/8GB and ran like poo. Closed game and memory usage was 3.76GB. BF4 takes 2.1GB as can be seen, so 1.6GB has leaked somewhere Confused
 Spoiler:

Start of next map load it dropped to 6GB and started to climb up again steadily. 6.5GB seems to be the point where it affects the game and anything over 7GB is barely playable.

Wild guess is this is what makes the game run bad one day and good again the other. When it's leaking memory it feels like 20fps.

Using shadowplay? That might be one possible reason, have had it on since the release. But can't miss those BF moments Sad Well if some AMD user also gets this, then it's not it.

Ok, first of all I had the same problem with BF3 when using 4GB of RAM (w7 x64), the game started nicely and after about 20 minutes it started stuttering until it was unplayable, tried it with 6GB and didn't had any problem so I settled with 8GB as soon as I had the funds to spent...
With BF4 I skipped the beta but was following this thread and all the humpers reactions, so, I decided to "upgrade" to windows 8.1 x64 considering some users who were seeing an fps increase and less rubberbanding/stuttering with that SO, turns out I started having a similar problem as in BF3 with some small differences, I was able to play one or two maps normally (even three or four some times, the leak seems random) and as it changed to a new one it started to stutter to the point of no return, even quitting the game tooked a LOT of time and joining a new server didn't "reset the leak", only restarting the computer...
So, I reinstalled Windows 7 x64 and it seems the (my) problem is fixed now but I know I just got lucky cuz there are ppl with 16GB of RAM having problems with both SOs, I think not even DICE knows what the fuck is causing those leaks...

I could understand hacking the fraps counter but the CCC ?...maybe, don't think so.

The guys calling it a troll video fail to back up their argument with some proof or something wich leads me to believe they are the usual NV defence force.
