I'm posting this on thew minuscule chance that someone at the hump may be familiar enough with the Dutch based VPN server at http://itshidden.eu/ to know an alternative way of contacting them since all my emails to the addy on their site, plus a mob of possible variations bounce back without a response.

The issue seems to be that they don't keep records which is fine by me, but the only payment accepted is paypal, a glitch has developed somewhere so the money goes through on time but the subscription isn't getting renewed.

This is a substantial pain if you happen to be in a jurisdiction that harasses en clair downloaders & even worse if alternative vpns are slower or don't permit torrenting what's that about? I use torrents about 3 times a year but last time I did HMA (the give ups but that's another issue) emailed me informing me that torrenting wasn't allowed on their network.

Sorry bout the digression- if anyone does know how to reach itshidden I'd be eternally grateful if they shared that nugget.

Have you considered the reason that there is no response is the time of the year?

Yep The inquiries precede the holiday break & holidays don't really account for mail daemons reurning 'no such address' errors.
The odds on them being crims is negligible they provided an excellent service up until the point where some sort of interaction with paypal was necessary this isn't surprising who hasn't had a hassle with paypal's weird bureaucracy?
I suspect the operation works on a sort of wide tolerance thing where 99% of accounts are trouble free so the business is left to its own devices except when there is a problem it is impossible to sort out within a reasonable time frame.

Many indie isps appear to run this way.

Iin the meantime I would like them to connect again.
