Why do they always go out of their way to not facilitate it on PC. I mean look at the list it will work on and then for some reason it doesn't for PC xD

Lulz. Imagine this: "Xbox compatible!" "Wii compatible!" "Amiga compatible!" "Gameboy compatible!" "PC compatibility: absent."

I can already see people bitching about lag issues, when this gets out, regardless of platform.
Anyway:
Spoiler: | Time for new Sony TV |

Well I wouldn't put PC in that list, seeing it is a 'free' platform to win over rather than competition from another company owned platform (unless they already think they lost it to Valve). And in all honesty for Sony it would make sense to have as much coverage as possible.
That being said, if it doesn't get native support it will find it's way to PC anyway.

The consoles gamers don't care before, they wouldn't care now. And you are right, why would a PC gamer want to play 720p games with input lag and compression? We don't, which could be one reason why this service is not for PC.

Don't be so sure. They had not experienced 1080p and high IQ before. They will get spoiled pretty quickly.

Possibly because there is more to gaming than graphics....?

I don't know about this. I think the games will look HORRIBLE to say the least. Recently I tried to play some old PS1 games on my 360 but I couldn't play because the image was so messed up that its unplayable. 320x240 does not look good upscaled to 720p.

But it is part of gaming. If I can play a game in optimal resolution, why would I go down to 720p? I wouldn't. If I don't have a choice, then I might make an exception. But that all depends on what is available. We have tons of games to play on PC already. Sure some that are desperate to try some of those highly rated console exclusives would use this streaming service, but how big of a market is it? Is it even worth it for them to do it? Let's not forget a streaming service called OnLive failed to achieve enough success on the PC not too long ago.
I don't think any business would be willing to pander to those PC gamers that don't want to buy a console for whatever reason, it makes no sense.

comparing 1280x720 to 320x240 is a little harsh.... Specially when most console games have Vaseline (R)

Fair enough, it's not for everyone and yes, the game library on PC is great. There are however quite a few exclusives some people would like to play. Maybe not you but someone else. I also think that there's a diffeerence between this and Onlive . Onlive had PC games that you can instead just buy and play directly, probably with a better experience, if you have the PC for it. Ie, if you are interested in Pc gaming you probably already have a rig for it, ie enthusiast. I dont think its an easy task to get the casual gamer to invest in onlive either. Some console games will never be released on PC so it's the next best ting, and possibly PC gamers would accept it. I only worry for serious input lag, let's see how it plays out. We don't even know if it's coming for PC yet.
