Yep, seems so.
Some dude posted it on 4chan, saying he had the access to these stats. After that it was reposted everywhere in 10 minutes, starting from neocrap.

I see family sharing is now enabled after the update this week. Logged in last night and tested it with a co-worker.
Steam drop down>Settings>Family.

Aah okay, guess everyone goes for those keys then (makes sense at least, if there is money behind it). 
Kinda sad one can get it by idling, they should make rewards for actually participating. Hated those people in WoW and other games. But it's the devs fault for implementing it poorly.
