Hi,

The crack groups are very strange. They release this sh*t called Ragdoll Kung Fu but dont release Bone?
Okay, Bone is very short and all but it is the only adventure on the market that ressembles the old school stuff. And what happened to DEVIANCE?
They are the group that releases the biggest number of adventures( including obscures ones like Shady Brook and Delaware St. John). We (adventure fans) need them for Bone to be released!! Smile

Thanks, slk.

I think this should go in another forum but anyway,
If your not happy buy it or crack it yourself. They released ragdoll kungfu because it was wanted and nobody's heard of boner.

Hehe, so you think being released by one of the groups is supporting the devs?

I have nothing against piracy, as long as people just pirate games like HALO, Madden, the sims... and well, any game by EA. Twisted Evil

I think little developers who make good inovative games deserve support, otherwise in a few years all there will be left to pirate is Halo clone #23 and the sims: in space

well yea the demo seemed a little weak, considering it consisted of 3 fuckin clicks. that was the only thing disappointing about the demo to me. i think i had a great feel and reminded me of the old school days... barbies new adventure etc etc gets fuckin released and this doesnt? finally a game with an original idea comes out, (regardless of reviews) and no one botheres to even release it? sorry to bitch, but its pretty disappointing. and yes people have heard about it, and have been waiting for it, like me. why isnt this being released? bump.

I... Like some games by EA.. but their customer support sucks. Of the games I own, the games I play the most are made by EA.. Battlefield 2, NHL06.. I don't agree with that shit at all. If everyone pirates the 'big' companies, there won't be any left, and though a lot of the games these days are junk, the good ones still get released, ala Half Life 2, Battlefield 2, and anything by Bioware, and Blizzard. Of course, people have their opinions, but I really don't think people should just pirate games that are by big companies.

I like to buy every game I like, because it's worth the money. Try then Buy Smile

Yeah i liked the demo too but it was too short only 3-4 mins so really its impossible to decide if the full game worth the money or not

interesting how ppl complain about the fact too few advanture games are being developed... and then cry cause they cant leech them.... which would actually lead to even less advanture games being developed... good job idiots...

are you kidding? developers such as these would probly be happy that somebody would even leech their game... they arent even makin enough money to stay around i bet, and would be more than happy to have the word spread about their new game. and, if i like the game i would be more than happy to buy it anyways.

Yeah, last I checked, everyone liked being stolen from. It makes their day. They get up the next morning and buy their son a new bike with the money they don't have.

WTF are you thinking? Even the most mediocre creator (not just games, but art, etc) like their work appreciated, but even more, they like to be able to CONTINUE that work. That means no theft.

The people who actually buy after downloading a pirated game are VERY few. True fans of Bone are going to buy it, those that aren't fans never will and piracy won't help 'spread the word' for the devs.

Lol. In that case they would release their own game with "bad" crack that lets you play half a game. For "proper" they would ask 19.95$ lol
No really. This game maybe good but its so fucking expensive. Its 20$ and its only one episode which you can finish in 1-2 hours (2 hours if you never played adventure games before). 40$ for 2 episodes and total 2-3 hours of gameplay is kinda expensive dont you think?

im not saying they should give it away for free im just saying that a little leeching would actually help get the word around about the game... if it were released, it would attract attention towards the game. i know if i was a small company trying to draw attention, i wouldnt mind a few people passing the word around, even if they werent paying... its not like this is HL2 or some other well known hyped up game that sells millions right off the bat. i seriously doubt its selling well, #1 games like these are easliy overlooked nowadays, #2 most reviews of the game would turn people off. plus, for their next release (if they are planning on one) they would have that many more people looking foward to it.

I dunno, Im one of those ppl where, if I download a game and like it, I will buy it. I will, however, refuse to buy a game that i cant test - spending 60 bucks on the newest, SUPPOSEDLY next best thing, and it turns out to be complete, boring, useless shit, is not a fun experience in my books...

To be honest, I like having an original game - the box, the manual, the inserts, original cd....I dunno, I just like all that shit as oppose to have thousands of burned cdr's and dvdr's...i have a quite a few burned medias, but in terms of games and movies, if i see a movie or a game i really like, I'll support the developer...same with music.

Its as futile to discuss prices with pirates as trying to make em stop to plunder and pillage Wink

I just bought the comic book, so i m really in the mood for playing it. But the online buying thingy will most likely only work with credit card, which i refuse to get, so i guess i m already cockfagged to wait for a scene release

I wonder why the discussion about what gets cracked and what not is still the rage, as it always has been a mood point to question the why and how, when its clear that the cracking scene is only a handful of dedicated people who only have so much time and also only so much supply. Also, stuff that isnt going on store-shelves, e.g. online distributed games, seldom find their way into the scene-cracking-labs, especially if the prices for the games are low and the content is not really big, as is the case with bone...
