Really find it hard at 28?? How you can not use the internet (when you had/have it) and learn how to manage money? Unless you have some sort of mental issues like gambling etc if you know basic math and are somewhat tech savvy you should be able to learn this stuff in about 1 hour then it just takes consistent reminders that you can't go and buy that new piece of hardware or video game etc instead of food and rent.

Quite the opposite of ignorant really (I just don't follow you in the blame, I look further). I would never take a monthly payment like that in your situation. One thing goes wrong and you have no backup and you are at the mercy of the company again. You should actually have some reserve yourself so you can deal with this.
My point was more that you didn't learn from this experience. You should build yourself less reliable on the company and having a 60€ monthly pay on a 900€ income... come on saus... You could easily do with half the speed of that.
But just continue on, take the best of the best even tho you really can't afford it and keep on blaming the system that enables your behaviour.
Stop with the talking about the courses to manage your budget... instead of talking you should have followed one of those weeks ago.
Do something about it because you aren't taking things seriously on that part which is the most important for you to grow in.
Make it a goal to not being able to rely on the company next year and stop squandering your time on things that won't get you further.
Ah well, I'll see myself posting something like this next year again. It's the few constants of the hump

It seems that you just like spewing random bullshit without even knowing anything at all..
Yeah i could do with half the speed, and it would only save me €10,- per month
So no ty, €10,- per month are defo worth double the speeds, because €10,- more or less per month, ain't what's making or breaking me financially

Ten euros can make a huge difference. The point was you should cut down on all expenses until you're financially stable again.
Net speed will fall under the criteria "all".

Just like he _has_ to stick with a company to manage his money outside of his own choice (or has that situation changed saus?). Yes, it's because he made mistakes in the past, but again if you actually read, he fully admits that he was a dumb shit when he was younger (and still is in some ways <3) 
The 150 Mbps line is also what he had before, so he didn't "go for it" - he has had that for a long time.

On a forum (obviously) you are only hearing one side of the story, and in this tale (and others) its always someone else's fault, and it may very well be I am not trying to be argumentative just pointing out that its hard to believe everything you read and take it as the gods honest truth.
But I have said my piece, it seems bizarre to me to have someone else handle your finances like this, but I can see how in some cases its better.

I can leave this company whenever i want to (tho it comes with it's own costs when i do so), i have always had the option, but it would never been a smart one to do so.
I know myself good enough that if i would leave them in my current state, i would go broke and loose my apartment and everything else, simply because i have a huge urge to spend money when i have it.
Now the current company, is one of the few that actually provides courses that i can follow in order to help me manage that urge, and those courses are on the agenda to follow

My ISP costs are the ONLY extra costs that i monthly have, ALL other costs are obligated monthly payments, where i can't cut in.

I have said on-line you are only hearing one side of the story < FACT (unless someone here works for the company that manages your finances, if they do please speak up)
I also acknowledged that it may very well be someone else fault, try getting some diazepam, they work pretty quickly, if you only want good opinions that say "Oh poor you, dont you have it tough" dont post it in public if you dont like it.

Nah, (excuse me, i'll do this part in Dutch).

Heb toen me hele spaarrekening leeg getrokken om alles af te betalen.
Het stomme is hier in NL, dat budgetbeheer niet aansprakelijk gesteld kan worden voor fouten die door hun gemaakt worden, ik blijf altijd de eindverantwoordelijke.
Daarom hebben we toen besloten dat het beter zou zijn om onder bewind geplaatst te worden, want die kan je wel aansprakelijk houden (althans, dat dachten we dan, en nu is Kemps ook met alles wat die gedaan heeft weggekomen..).
Ik ben in een zeker zin wel min of meer gedwongen om deze bedrijven te gebruiken, puur omdat ik zelf niet met geld overweg kan en een gat in me hand heb.
Maar hopelijk is dat dit jaar opgelost en kan ik eindelijk eens me eigen shit hanteren. |
