The taser is more a problem than a lot of people realize. I mean, fucking it looks like a gun and is supposed to be used in a situation where a gun would be a possibility as the next step. Are you telling me she was one anger infused statement from being shot?

And we dont know the rest of the circumstances do we. It was said that she took a swing at the other police officer when he went around the other side. Its it a police officers job to get punched, or worse get shot becasue you just assume she a soccer mom. The cop surely overreacted. As an Policeofficer he should be able to handle a situtation like that. I think he needs some training psychology-wise.
I mean "Serve and Protect" should't be an empty Phrase... or are the US of A are turning into Police-state?
As far as i could saw, the woman was dark-skinned. Maybe racism... who knows...?

Ive lived in the projects all my life. Ive been robbed, ive been beatin, ive robbed and done numerous other shit that still affects me to this day - and I dont mean emotionally, if i happen to see the wrong guy on the street, im gunna have to fight for my life.
But with age comes wisdom man, and if i could go back, I wouldnt have gotten into the shit I did - do u know what its like seeing crackhead mothers spend their rent money and grocery money on rock? seeing a best friend die with a needle in their arm (thats a cliche, but its true)? seeing a loved one destroy themselves with coke ( and when I say destory i mean it, his nose caved in cuz he had a huge hole in each nazal cavity...)? I do and each of those ive experienced. That doesnt make me tough or anything, if anything im an idiot for associating myself with those type of ppl and not moving outta the projects and etc
My point being is, this is a internet forum and my personal story, ur personal story, doesnt matter as for us to back it up, we'd have to give out some pretty sensitive information, which Im not about to do on the internet ya know? So why even bother bringing shit like up in the first place?
And I mean, dont spout cliches "I faught the law and the law won" type of shit and expect credibility...its best to leave ur personal story and shit outta discussions, especially an argument.

All i was saying and what i have been repeatly saying is. There is a write and a wrong way to handle things. I used to choose the wrong way like the lady in the video.
And i feel that with the state of afairs the world is in, its not going to get any better. Police are going to get harder and harder on criminals (Even common criminals) becasue this is the world we live in. You can spout over and over about police brutality, and woman abuse. Its will not make a difference; your pleas will fall of deaf ears. She was a criminal, period. You may think im being negative, but do you really see it getting better in the coming years? And do you think everyone that says something needs to be done will actually do anything?

B. The insurance company for screwing up
C. You
If you answer any other answer but C, you will alway be crying poor me. You can cry and whine all you want about theifs and such, or the stupid big business insurance company. But its your fault, you know people steal, you know the way business works.

All this woman did is call for help // & that was enough to get her shocked twice @ 50,000 voltz ..
Anybody been reading about the old man who got a kicking from 5 NO officers .. for no doubt crying out for help ..
people only have the right to sew in court after the fact .. after the damage is done .. the law is not on the peoples side it is on the police officers side .. totally unjust ..
I have also read lately that America has more police officers per capita than NAzi Germany did .. & more people in prison per capita that anywhere else in the world ..

But still man, SOME, obviously not all, police brutality is really unwarrented...u know how many times ive been slapped around by cops because of how i look and dress and the area i happen to live in...and that im black? im not crying here, its life and it doesnt bother me anymore, but its still fuckin wrong.
Atleast back in the day, (so my dad tells me) if u had a problem with a cop, u could call him out. He'd take his hat off, say out loud he wont press charges etc etc and u fight it out. But nowadays, u touch a cop, ur going to jail...but these fuckers can jumped me from behind and crack my head off the pavement because I was out at 3am (my area's kinda bad, not as bad as before tho) and was walking home from the store where i went to buy smokes? I wasnt doing anything illegal...they simply saw a guy in a bandana, dreads and black clothes and chains, and thought i must be buying or selling drugs or some bullshit like that.
And when i went to the station the next day, the tough bwoy desk sergant basically told me to fuck off cuz I couldnt do shit....
The only thing that separates the Cops from being a HUGE gang is the fact that law is on their side - they enforce it when they want, and break it when they want.
Obviously, not all cops are crooked, but in my personal experience, most cops have a huge ego problem. Dont get me wrong, ive met a few cops who rolled up on me smoking a joint in a park or behind a building or something and they just get out, ask what Im smoking, take a few halls off the spliff, get back in the cruiser and boogy. Those are the cops i like truth be told, those are the cops i know they know im not into guns/drugs/whores so they leave me alone now...but that was when i was a lickle ute dem, I used to get harassed every single fuckin day for nothing.
