Guild of Rogues DLC? I can't find any mention of it online. Is it a MP DLC as in new characters/outfits etc? Or is it a new DLC coming out?

Assassin's Creed 4's Freedom Cry DLC is going standalone

Some mini-update was downloaded.

DataPC_skins_0006_00000040_dlc.forge in the "Multi" folder is the only file that was changed/added.
Guild of Rogues is now listed under DLC in UPlay.
(So I guess it's a new character or a character skin for a existing class.)

Just started the game. I'm somewhat late to the party and surprised by the game's performance. It literally slaughters my AMD 280X (rebranded 7970) / i7 4470 rig although the LOD is very bad?
Is there some well known way to tweak the game or some settings that should be left off?

Did not follow the thread, maybe it is posted already but still - make ALT+TAB when you start game. The screen will blink for a second and you will be playing in bordrless window until next minimizing the game (then make the procedura again). This give me 15+frames. Also enable Triple buffering in drivers.

Actually, good thing this thread is up again.
I just had this weird thing, maybe you guys can help:
I tried to load my save game (around 70%) and it didn't proceed past the loading screen where you can control your character.
I then tried to re-install the game again (I have an original Uplay version), but now every time I try to launch, it just gives me a black screen and when I press a button it sates "AC4BFSP has stopped working".
Tried pretty much everything without luck.
Anyone?

Ubisoft updated something, changed the game exe and some .dll files related to Apex and PhysX but unfortunately while the readme file was updated it does not mention any specific changes.

I've just stayed up all night long playing this. Holy bumhole the ship-battles are addictive. 
This is actually a pretty fun game to be honest. ^_^
