It sure is no great game. But for $2 it definately is worth it IMO. If you like Aliens that's a bonus too.

Ooops, too late, bought it already... Didn't wanna wait anyway, we started playing this during the free weekend and I'm sure I'd have lost interest if I had to take some time off.
As for the DLCs, I might just wait for a cheap offer on the Season Pass. |
The season pass has less DLC than the GOTY and was around the same price when on sale.
Copied from steam forums.
The Borderlands 2 Season Pass comes with:
Spoiler: | Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep
Captain Scarlet and her Pirate Booty
Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt
Ultimate Vault Hunter’s Upgrade Pack 1 |
The Borderlands 2 Game of the Year pack comes with:
Spoiler: | Borderlands 2 the full game
Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep
Captain Scarlet and her Pirate Booty
Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt
Ultimate Vault Hunter’s Upgrade Pack 1
The Mechromaner Character Pack
The Psycho Character Pack
The Creature Slaughterdome
Collector’s Edition Pack |

It's a giant rip off and it only shows what cunts Gearbox really are. Even Skyrim, which sold a shit ton, had a relatively cheap "Legendary" version which contained everything - Gearbox is milking Borderlands 2 so badly, it put me off the game.

Too much stuff to list separately, but includes a Sega sale (Nights for £1.50, JSR for .75p, DoW and CoH franchise sales), and Borderlands 2 Non-GoTY (£6.78 for one copy, £14.99 for a 4-Pack).
