7FRAMED
Site: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1257999391/framed-indie-aaa-action-shooter
How far will you risk it to get your life back? Once they know you, they control you.
When caught between the oppressive machinations of a super corporation and the subversive manipulations of an insurgent hacker collective, the thinking man has only two choices: surrender your free will, your hope, and your very future. Give up. Or cross the line of rational thought, take actions that no civilized man would take, and maybe, just maybe, live long enough to change the world.
7FRAMED puts you in the role of not one but seven citizens targeted by the groups that would control them. Set up for crimes you did not commit, 7FRAMED allows you to play from not only the perspective of all of the victims but other characters in the world. Every shift in point of view brings new insights into the agenda of the enemy and brings you steps closer to solving the mysteries of why you? Why were you targeted? And every character you play brings you closer to the realization that your characters must be pivotal players on the global stage even if they do not know it yet.
Released in seven episodes, 7FRAMED is set just five years in the future, eerily touching on the modern issues facing us all--issues such as privacy, terrorism, and the inability to make a difference when opposing entities much larger and powerful than ourselves. And the game immerses you in this terrifying, plausible world in the most believable ways possible.
To create this immersion, 7FRAMED utilizes VIE Workshop revolutionary motion capture, facial animation, and character creation technologies to deliver a AAA game experience that feels like both a contemporary survival shooter and a parkour platformer. These same pioneering technologies allow VIE to produce high quality results without the overhead of most other developers.
7FRAMED. How far would you go to get your life back? To prove your innocence, how many crimes would you commit?
Why do we need the money?
We need the funding to deliver 7FRAMED at the quality level and length of the play the brand deserves. And to do this we need to hire more experts. We already have all the infrastructures and the required technology to achieve our goal. Will be on PC.
President and founder of the successful, pioneering animation studio VIE Workshop, Dave Massicotte is broadening his scope to build a video game studio, VIE Games. He is joined by veteran game industry colleagues to leverage state of the art motion capture technology and their combined decades of experience to create fresh, surprising, and unexpected games. When the road from imagination to playable is limited only by the time it takes to suit up and capture human performances, the studio’s ability to both experiment and deliver innovation is remarkable—on par or exceeding that of the best of AAA production houses.
Gameplay elements:
-Single player campaign
-Multi-player online mode in which you frame other players.
-All shooter ingredients plus many challenging puzzles.
-Hiding from the other character system
-Perspective mission (replay the mission from someone else point of view) This is going to be one of the best feature. (Cross path mission)
-Adaptive story line (Player influence of the environment to have impact on other episodes)
Here's some in game image:

It looks interesting with the story and such. But I wouldn't call it a first person shooter. From the trailer it looks very much like you are limited to specific corridors or "rails" most of the time with predetermined actions scattered about that you activate with a simple single keypress.
That's how the trailer makes it look. There was very little unscripted action in that trailer. Which is completely different from their description. We'll see how it goes I guess.
Personally, I'd call it more of a First Person Interactive Story. Still, it looks like it could be fun. I bet it's really short though.

Now, I don't know what hardware costs in Poland, I guess it's cheaper because everything is stolen from Germany and resold... |

The description and features are very interesting, yet the video showed a press E to ewesome kind of game with barely any interaction. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
