According to the official website, it looks like each classes has only access to 1 type of weapon. Is that true?? I really like stalker type class, but these claws, they look freaking dumb.

You could always use a time converter. But if it helps, at the time of this post, it's 5 hours until it opens. Smile

What country do you live in? I can convert it for you otherwise.

romania (gmt +2).

last two times i used a time converter from 2 sites, i got 2 different results. i'm usually above avarage in internet and hardware crap, but i never got this timetable thing right.

like in okd joke, i'm an 500.000 $ salary engineer but i canot setup my vcr clock :/

This normally works for me, just make sure the local clock is of a city nearby.

This will always work, regardless of automatic detection of your location:

K,played for about 30 minutes, this is def. not my kind of game. The gfx style, the setting, everything feels really bad for me, the combat feels sluggish and I really dislike the comedy factor the game trys to give you...I'm more the classical fantasy style fan, with orcs and humans and dragons and so on...I'm glad I didnt preorder this Very Happy.

Weekend key.
Fair warning: I've been in the beta for close to a year now, and people should greatly lower their expectations before giving Wildstar a try.

@Kanint

Playing a beta for over a year Shocked Shocked Shocked

Won't it get boring? For me it definately would after such a long time. I mean everything you achieve during the beta will be deleted. And i doubt i would have fun playing the full version then Sad

Played it on and off, not continuously.
They added things over time (like the 2 new classes, Medic and Engineer, or a choice between two areas once you finish the tutorial) which made me interested in coming back, play it a little longer, and see if the game got better.

Overall, it didn't change all that much. The game gained in content, but I didn't feel like the game got better. This is partly why I'm personally disappointed with it.
The lack of changes up to now makes me doubt we'll see significant changes in the future, and I'm not happy with the current state of the game.

Have to disagree with that, the last beta weekend from ESO was way better than this imo...

Regardless what turds developers shit out there will be people calling it entertainment.

At this time ESO is not even half as good as Wildstar. I'm probably not going to buy either one of them, but ESO sure as hell needs a facelift. Pseudo wars and shit combat.

10 h later :
i would not play it even if it will be f2p without any restriction.

i dont know what various developers try to achieve, but it seems like they are trying to increase wow subscription numbers. they are not even trying to make something good.

yeh, i know it is only a beta.

I'll take fantastic exploration, an open character system, tons of lore, interesting quests with full speech, a varied immersive world, great 3-way PvP, massive launch content, a meaningful and deep crafting system, and so on - over a pathetic and inferior cartoon any day of the week and twice on sunday.

Personally, I had no issues with ESO combat - though I wouldn't say it's great. Also, I think it's one of the most beautiful MMOs in existence, even if some of the character animations are awkward.

But to each his own Wink

I think I'm just more like the casual fantasy mmo guy, I prefer dragons and shit over scifi bunnys that are humping alien vegetables... But that's just my taste, and I really think ESO has the greater potential to achieve my kind of mmo "style". If wildstar had an classic fantasy setting I think i'd like it ^^.

I can't take you seriously if you don't have a single complaint against ESO. Don't try to sell me this shit that it's the best game in the damn universe, it just looks like some proud stand over anything else.
