Even at 70, I'm still getting quite a few 61-66 weapons. And huge amount of wrong class items. (playing barb, getting bows, WD knives, etc)

Tiny question...With the new character,wich difficulty level should i pick?, Normal or already Torment 1?..it's because with this new Difficulty system it seems rare...or something..Unless it's the same way as before these changes..you start normal,then next then next until torment..right?

With new character you might have long fights on higher difficulties than normal due to your dps and mobs HP. For example my Barb on hard dealt 40 dmg/s with mobs that had 3-4K health. So it took around one and a half minute to kill a mob.
Usually when you hit lvl 20 you will have enough skills and decent gear to change it to higher difficulty.

I duoed on T6 HC from scratch (had previous 60s and paragon level of ~40) Got all the way to the cellar lady (one which has always frozen affix) we both died 
Had level 20 by then  (the quest after killing the named wretched mother and returning to Tristran once)
anyway, T1 is easily doable. Just craft your items, use mystic to socket them as early as possible and slam a Marquise gem in them -> faceroll until 60. (upgrading your weapon every few levels, and could do same with rest of the gear, just socket all possible items and throw in a vit/main stat)
Edit:
Just to clarify, T1 I did 1-59 with just regular crafting, no mystic.

Lmao.. DH is super OP and i actually thought it was shit from seeing morons like shinobi playing it in the beta...
Critting 30m with CA .. 800k dps 80% fire damage 30% soj on elites. GFG.. did t3 this morning 1-2shotting elite packs.. only problem is toughness.
With Cluster bombs it's even worse.. 5x 12m crits on each = 60 m total lololol

Reminds me a lot of WoW when leveling to 60 for the first time and just picking gear that has the best stats. ^_^ |

Tldr; stuff drops as lvl 61, 66 and 70, except for legendaries. Blue post says it's being looked into.
And yes, while I didn't notice what the exact problem was, I can tell when drops have relatively worsened after only one day. I played for 7 hours straight and the highest item I have is a 65 belt.. i'm sure it'll be better now that I'm 70 tho. |
yeah seems they forgot the level in between ^^.
Anyway, started game in t1 and it was (to be expected) quite easy. Urzual (sp?) made me lower to master, he just wouldn't die lol (hp), continued in master until i reached Adria. There i lowered to expert 67 now and still no upgrade , except a level 61 weapon and some bracers. But act 5 is fun, i've to say.

Can you add (enchant) gem-slot to an item? Or you are only allowed to reroll different stats?

You cannot add a socket to an item, but you can reroll a primary property into a socket.

Strange but the extra XP event before RoS premiere seemed to affect the rare drops too. I started new game and rare are really scarce while in the two weeks time between loot 2.0 patch and the release of RoS it dropped more rares than magic ones for me.
Also started playing Crusader and this guy is seriously OP in the beginning. Fun class to play so far.

I started on Expert with the Crusader and found that he wasn't OP at all at the beginning. I still struggle around some of the elite monsters.
As for rare drops, I seem to be getting them about the same but noticed more of them in barrels and bone piles.

Meh can't wait till thursday eve cause i took friday off, shit is fucking addicting & i haven't even touched A5 yet.
Just slowly leveling up a crusader with the girlfriend & her wiz, fun as hell!
I thought launch would be a lot worse honestly, if i'd known it would be this smooth i'd have taken more days off -.- didn't want to risk it since i figured shit would be giving out errors left and right.

Is it me or does the crusader lack when it comes to dps? Takes ages killing mobs on hard/expert. Have a marquee gem that gives me 700 life on hit so Im basically immortal at early levels but taking down mobs and bosses is a pain.
Dont mess with God, he can impregnate your girlfriend/wife without taking his pants off!

He's definitely not the best at single targets. Can't complain about multi though.
