not to mention that you had to go back and forth to the same damn place several times lol. That was really breaking immersion for me. Rage was like boredomlands with more restriction.

aye , you cleared the maps when you went exploring, but then a main quest came ... and suddenly those maps are repopulated again with the same monsters you killed off 5 minutes ago

oh you got a new drill tool to open that door , lets re-explore the same location to open that ONE DOOR Laughing with re-spawned monsters

and LULZ was at the end of this game when you had to have a special ammo to shoot down those generators ... no ammo and you where STUCK with no option to re-enter this location only to Reload your save Laughing

$100 Wolfenstein: The New Order Panzerhund Edition.

http://store.bethsoft.com/brands/wolfenstein/wolfenstein-the-new-order-panzerhund-edition.html

Quote:
This collector's edition does not include a copy of the game.

Compulsive buyers who don't thoroughly read descriptions are going to be very surprised when that comes in the mail Laughing.

I was under the impression that if you order the PE, the retailer provides you with a copy of the game and BethSoft ship you the goodies in advance.

"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

so, we can order the CE and still pirate the game, without being made redundant. perfect. If only... no, I think it's like eyepatch said - it's "included", just ships separately. So you can play earlier than you would if it weren't.

piracy isn't a hobby, it's a way of life

Their Twitter specifically says "game sold separately."

Other games have done this before, I think, but it's still lame if that's the case with this. WTF, give people a digital copy or something.

It'll definitively be on Steam, Bethesda uses that exclusively for their PC games now no?
(Even if they are just the publisher here.)

Might not have a product page yet, perhaps closer to release they'll reveal it along with pre-order options and such.

It's (properly) region locked so Steam preorders won't be cheap.

I am worried about antialiasing. All footage we've seen so far have plenty of specular aliasing. If they don't even care to properly aa their promotional stuff then...

http://www.gamezone.com/previews/2014/04/13/pax-east-2014-wolfenstein-the-new-order-hands-on-preview

"The other thing I didn't care for was how objectives are shown to you. Multiple times -- and for about two minutes in the plane at the beginning -- I had no idea where to go. The map is helpful to a degree, but if you forget what you're tasked with doing, there's nowhere that reminds you. An objective is shown to you as a little red diamond, but at times it's barely noticeable. Sometimes I had no idea where to go and stumbled into progression."

That's a good news; usually when retards struggle so much with a game, it means that we'll enjoy it. Razz Laughing

Seriously, that "preview" was just embarrassing Sad Complaining about being "lost" and "forgetting objectives" is just the height of embarrassment for a supposed gamer.

If this game is at least as good as DNF, then I'm sold. I don't need anything better at all.

I'm really sad that most people bashed DNF, mostly CoD derps (and also surprisingly, the elite community of nfohump (except sabin which I know shared my passion about DNF Razz) ?!?!) because it surely means that Gearbox will do their best to pull a Duke Nukem Borderlands Sad (or drop the franchise altogether...). Oh and the DLC was awesome too (maybe even better than the main game).
