That ram is unnecessary. Just go with cheapest kngston blu You can find and get twice as much of it. Beware of ram with high coolers because some cpu cooling solutions might not fit in Your case then. Ram don't affect oc or anything really like it did on c2d processors. and get a k processor, so You can oc it for free. Also het some cpu cooling at once. The stock cooler on intels is not to efficent. I recommend one of those new closed water loops or macho120 which is what I have. 2500k running at 4.5 no problem

and maybe look at different gpu. not that 760 is bad but You could get something faster for 200E on amd side maybe
and get a sound card. even the cheapse xonar dg will do
