I have problem with chrome and big imgur albums. If album has like 50+ pictures in it, chrome just eats all my free ram and after about 30 or so pictures every time i click next picture it takes like 5-10 seconds to load new picture while whole browser is at frozen that time. Whats up with the fucking memory handling, is it just me or has anyone else experienced it? I can't tell if it came with a new update or not, but i don't remember it being that bad before.

aye the new version is so horrible i went back to my trusty Opera 12
heck it not only takes 25% of the cpu [steals two whole cores] but it also eats from 900mb to 1200mb of RAM thats fucking insane .... opera 12 uses 3% of cpu and only 64 ram and works faster then Chrome

Is it reproducible on jsfiddle? If so, can you provide a minimal fiddle?

I've been using Chrome for iOS for several months now, since I was away from home, and now I'm back on the desktop version I realise I miss the "recently closed tabs" page/line a great deal, along with the 4x4 "Most Visited" page. How the hell can a mobile version of a browser have more interesting and useful features than the desktop one?
