Nobody liked my pulp covers selection? Oh, well... Sad

Let's get back to the real deal then. (And original thread title.)

We've had some nice sci-fi artwork here already, with more to come in the future. Now, however, let's venture forth into the uncharted worlds of classic dark-fantasy illustrations.

When men were real men - vicious barbarian warriors, intrepid adventurers; when women were real women - fierce amazons, dangerous valkyries, or ... submissive sex slaves.

Set in forbidding, yet bewitching, realms ruled by cruel and ferocious gods. Inhabited by evil creatures. Imbued with powerful magic.

Somewhere along the way this thread became retro sci-fi dominated. Blame John Harris! Very Happy

On a serious note - my next post will most likely again be dark fantasy themed, so stay tuned.

Both images are surrounded with some mysterious evil aura.

Especially the second, where the devilish creature literally emerges from darkness.

Is the woman possessed? Are we spying on their intimacy?
