I'm glad they chose the retro style instead of proposing some uninspired semi-3D like the Flashback reboo. Me likey =) |

Started playing almost immediately since my post.
The game is amazing 
- Art, narrative, sound, puzzles - very good
- Some animations a little bit iffy 
- Game needs much more checkpoints during action / platforming segments. Currently at some places game turns into Super Meat Boy  You try again and again till it becomes a muscle memory

Hope it plays more like Flashback. Another World's trial and error gameplay got pretty annoying.
