especially the pointless scene where Yara tries to save Theon.
Ramsay releases the hounds and *poooof* they're at the boats again while the whole keep is at alarm and every guard woken up.
i don't get it why they fill such precious screen time with such pointless plots.
the same with Jon going back to craster's to kill the mutineers.
And pointless Vargo hoat/Locke character. It was so sudden and stupid.. What the f was he doing at the wall ? How the f did the mutineers manage to capture ghost?
It kinda annoys me that they change soo much but it's a great show so they're forgiven.
its like someone not caring that FTS or others released a working game ... because they are not scene
I didn't say anything about scene vs non-scene, and the analogy with games is not valid here because games are 1:1 copy in both cases (not going into DLCs and multiplayer please), while HDTV rip is not.
Second, this show doesn't have super detailed scenes and vivid colors, most of them are gray, misty and dirty.
HDTV directly means "this is not for archiving, watch it and delete it". Blu-rays are encoded in 20+ Mbits bitrate and in better color space (full YUV444 or YUV422) while HD television bitrate is already trimmed heavily (10 Mbit or less) and with damaged colors (YUV420 or worse). Encoding quality directly depends on the source quality, and I am not going to keep something from an inferior source. So chasing "super quality" HDTV rips is just derping.
I personally download 360p TV rip, watch it on my tablet and delete it. When the BD rip is out, I download maximum non-scene quality for archive, but for now, I just want to see the plot, don't really care about quality at the moment.
Did Manly Sister Greyjoy get out of the keep because they let her escape?
T'was brave of her to attempt a rescue though!
As @bloodian wrote it didn't happen in the books () so there is no explanation. T'was a stupid scene with stupid tv plot holes.
on the other hand, the scene with Tyrion at the end... he nailed it so much, it was so intense I was clenching my fists even though I knew it coming. Damn he's a good actor
Yes, it felt off. He could have captured the brother and sister, but let the sister go after having successfully brainwashed the brother... ah well. Didn't make sense.
Also, I note the episode was almost free of pointless violence and brutality. It works really well when it's quiet and people just talk.
I could do without the whole Theon storyline, though. That entire arc seems to be about torture and sadism - and it's spelled out in a particularly excruciating way. We GET IT already.
Proly not just anyone, only people that know someone who can fight or have enough money to pay for a knight or someone like that (meaning rich people).
I assume he'll pick Jamie this time he wanted it last time but only Bron was around.
Spoiler:
i have a feeling his opponent will be the mountain, in that case there is a good chance oberyn might volunteer to fight.
it wouldnt make sense to pick jaime, he is useless as a fighter now.
I assume he'll pick Jamie this time he wanted it last time but only Bron was around.
Spoiler:
The name of the episode is The Mountain and the Viper. So that's clear. Oberyn (the red viper) will stand up for Tyrion, and Cersei will pick Mountain (Hound's brother).

thats true you know. newton didnt discover gravity. the apple told him about it, and then he killed it. the core was never found.
he is basically learning how to fight from the start, nothing more than some dude in a shiny armor right now, tyrion would be giving him a death sentence by chosing him
