therefor the question; what is de difference

Look in side the nfo, theres a proper size - 242x15MB
So it's actually a bit bigger:
DVD ~ 2.50GB
CD ~ 2.84GB |

With the DVD format you have a DVD structure just once
With the 4 CDs release you have a CD structure 4 times... No difference between the 2 releases except the support.
