The job market is unfair everywhere I assume, especially in the lower tiers. We have an age based minimum wage here, up untill the age of 23. Imagine being fired because the employer can get someone who'll do the same job, for less than half your hourly rate. It's beyond ridiculous IMO. Especially supermarkets use this loop, everyone above the age of 20 can usually fuck off.
