Almost zero chances. It's been rumored since last year that From and Sony Japan Studio co-develop an exclusive title. Also a guy from Sony (DemonNite) is throwing hints left and right about this on neogaf.
This game and eventual The Last Guardian PS4 announcement would make my current gen console choice pretty easy.

Yeah, I've noticed DemonNite's comments over on Gaf a few time. He's also been hinting at The Last Guardian.
I couldn't ask for much better than this as far as exclusives goes. A PS4 exclusive made by my favorite company From Software and that look to bw in the Souls series mold. This is probably the first game that makes me say "I'm glad i bought a PS4" . My most anticipated game right now along with The Witcher 3.
That said i don't think it will remain exclusive for very long. Potential for $$$ is too big for a title like this. I expect it to be ported on XB1 and PC probably a year or so later

I'd expect it to stay exclusive. It's developed in collaboration with sony, and sony is publishing it, so they're most likely paying for the whole thing.
Early on in a console lifecycle it's more important to get the install base out there rather than making money selling games. The game selling money comes once there's tens of millions of PS4s out there.
So sony will not be looking to make money on selling this game, but betting on this game selling PS4s so they can make much money later down the line.
As you say, this is a system seller. Allowing it on any other system would be a very bad idea if it's up to sony at all.

I didn't knew Sony was the publisher but since that's the case then you are probably correct that it will stay exclusive. No Sony published games ever appears on other platform (Killzone , Infamous , Uncharted etc). If i didn't had a PS4 that would make me sad but since i have one....
* Bloodborne is much more aggressive game than Dark Souls and has more offensive tactics.
* Hero can dual-wield weapons: sword, cleaver, and some sort of firearm. These weapons can transform in-game. Different tactics will be used with different weapons.
* Vast background and huge depth of field. Very layered and expansive environments.
* Reflective water. Realistic-ish shadow and lighting effects. Still being worked on obviously, but has the potential to outshine other new-gen games.
* Bloodborne looks like it is set in an 18th century town, but is purely fantastical.
* AI is much smarter than Dark Souls. From Software made it a point to mention that there are “enemies everywhere”. They will react to where to you go and how you play.
* Blood spatter from beasts/enemies can wet and darken the hero’s clothes. The cloth itself looks like it will be on the same level or better than Ryse: Son of Rome.
* Enemies or beasts are enormously large. Human-looking enemies are the equivalent of giants and there are birds that at least quadruple the size of the hero. Final boss almost 6-8 times.
* Impressive sound effects. The boss fight at the end of the demo wasn’t all too impressive, but the sound of the beast was loud and actually quite frightening.
* Difficulty will be on the level of Dark Souls, but “beatable” said From Software.
