To me it's a solid 6.5.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

I'm leaning towards a 7 right now, the world is detailed, the voices are good, the scope is enormous.. it's just a *bit* too repetitive and the performance issues hamper the overall experience. Not quite as good as Sleeping Dogs, that's what I reckon.

I haven't been following the multiplayer information too closely, so perhaps someone can clear something up for me...
With the invasions and online hackings, do the gains and losses you get from those only affect your MP progress? I mean, if you lose the "match" you lose notoriety points for MP, but there are no real drawbacks for your SP progress, right?

HOWEVER! Your notoriety skills do affect the SP game, no? Getting the first Notoriety skill (more bullet damage to cars) affects the main game too, doesn't it?

So after a week now, does any release stand out as having less headaches and seems to be working for the most part or do they all seem to be fine. I am hoping to find something that has all the DLC to give this a try.

I know a lot of people had issues with the driving, and me too. But now that I have gotten used to it, it's actually really nice. Way better than Sleeping Dogs, where you could just go full throttle and handbrake around every corner, all the time.

OK, finally finished the game after 31 hours, and I'm quite happy with it. The story was good, but it felt like they didn't go deep enough in on the stories. I wish they had spent more time with expanding on the villains (like Aiden and Iraq for example are two villains which you spend a bit more time with) but the main mob boss, and Default? Not enough depth is given into these, also I don't like that you never really get to explore some of the parts of the game more, like "the auction" part of the game, I'd really like to involve more exploration, getting to know the players, and then the biggest flaw of the game in my opinion is its linearity.
What if I wanted to be the ultimate bad guy here and side with the bad guys? What if I felt like doing the same thing as Aiden? What if I wanted to just watch the world burn? Why can't I just ignore my sister and her child and turn evil?
That's the real reason why I'll give this game a 6/10 or somesuch, because in many ways story wise it's just a rehash of older games. It doesn't go in-depth or expand on the story enough. The gameplay/mechanic addition of hacking is awesome, but that too feels a bit limited, why can't I hack the police radar and stop the trace? Certainly it's a very powerful feature, but so is BlackOut. Adding more variety and depth to parts of the game is what would make this a real contender, now it's "just" a good game.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

Yeah you don't get much choice at all and for backstory some of the characters are explored a bit more in-depth in the text messages you find (Not stored) and the audio logs (These are stored.) but otherwise you wouldn't know much about them, some like the Asiatic guy you work with aren't covered at all from what I noticed unless some side mission goes into more in-depth details about it.
(Aiden gives some commentary but it's also rather vague.)

i5 6600 + Silentiumpc Spartan Pro, Asus H170-plus mobo, HyperX 16 GB DDR4 2133MHz, Asus GTX 970 Strix OC, 1TB Seagate Barracuda, BeQuiet L8 500W, Zalman Z9 case, crap monitor

Mouse controls are horribad, and there are currently no fixes.
If you ask me, this probably won't ever be fixed.
Even though I finished the game, and usually I buy every game I finish, since I can afford it, I refuse to buy this game. I will never pay a single cent for a game that doesn't have proper mouse support.
I also consider those sellouts, who give money for unfinished shit like this.

Am I imagining things or did someone here say there was a way to unlock the Playstation exclusive content? I think I might have read something about it here while I was away, at release time, but didn't pay much attention as I didn't have a PC to play the game on.
Ryzen 5 5600, ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II, Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32GB 3600MHz C16, MSI RTX 5070 Ti Ventus 3X OC , Corsair RMx Series RM750x. AOC AGON AG324UX - 4K 144Hz 1ms

I don't think there is PS exclusive content, PS content is CONSOLE exclusive, but as always it appears on PC, same with Benedict Arnold missions for AC3.

I did the Ctrl mission yesterday so it's not exclusive to the Playstation.
(Three missions called Ctrl, Alt, Del and then some final mission with some reward.)
(There's also the palace mission where you have to confront a guy named SoSueMe. - http://watchdogs.wikia.com/wiki/SoSueMe )
