Hm, not sure what to think of it.

The video made it look like a simplified Terraria-clone.

Reading the description of it on Steam though, the difference is a RPG-like leveling system. Still doesn't make it more interesting to me.

But as the reviews for this are "very" positive on Steam, i will keep an eye on it.

These Terraria clones man, they are wearing me down..

I wish someone would make one of these with TREMENDOUSLY improved platforming "feel" and like way better animations and crap, would be amazing.

All these games always look like shit and do the same damn thing. Sad

Some nice boy finally upped it on RIN:
Crea_v1.0.1_SteamRiP-CS

--------

Played it a bit.
Don't really like it, especially that research/level up system.

- You research new crafting recipes by using the found ressources. Well, after researched several things, i could still not build a fucking simple wood door. Only architecture i could build was wood wall and the wood background wall.
- Main menu looks lazily done: Some words don't even have the first letter in uppercase for example.
- Character customization is a joke. For example no different clothings and only one accessoire (glasses).
- Controls are a bit annoying, at first at least. You have one toolbar for building stuff, and two for combat. Should just make one big toolbar like the other similar games.
- Mining through the ground is so slow.
- Gathering some trees with a narrow trunk got annoying fast. As you can only interact with the actual visible thin trunk (5-10px wide).
- No auto-attacking by keeping left mouse pressed.
- Music gets annoying fast.

Meh. Un-Wishlisted.
And the wait for Starbound 1.0 continues.

With Terraria and Starbound there's simply no need for this. I doubt anyone plays it legitimately

Those survival/crafting games are starting to really annoy me. Every round of discovery queue on Steam consists of at least 5 games like this shit.

As someone said, there is not a single reason to lay this over Terraria or Starbound.

Ive been playing it for abit now and I really enjoy it.
Starbound was quite boring imo - but terraria on the other hand was brilliant.
