Oh no.. the game we built for trolls and griefers has its monument defaced by trolls! How could we ever have predicted this!?

Im pretty broke again, my pos partner is busy with uni and life and we got our shit blown up and space repopulated with lesser kind of people Very Happy

So all I have right now is my high grade module fitted loki in semi defense/exploration build worrying all the time even with nullifiers on.

So, is there anything now SP-wise ? The last time I played is 1.5-2 years ago and got bored with L4 missions. I tried some low-sec pvp but it was too time consuming. I can't log on for hours at a time to do roams...

They added Mordu legion npcs to low sec which seems like the most interesting pve addition for Kronos. They added a bunch of pve stuff over the past 2 years though

Thats EVE, this wont change im afraid. The time consuming factor is also the reason im not playing this, while otherwise i love this game.

Throw me your email address in a PM and I'll send out a buddy invite.

I've recently moved from Null to lowsec. I found null was too time intensive and tbh, far too political for the sake of it. Giant blue donut isn't shifting until CCP actually make major sov changes.

Low on the flip side is quite nice if you just want PvP. It's almost pickup and play which for me is pure win as I just log on, kill a few people and then go about my normal day Smile

Nevermind, mate. I looked into it some more and apparently buddy keys are only for fresh accounts; I'd need a recaller invite but that program is over for now.

Ah, yeah hadn't realised the recall program had gone.
Apparently it's going to start again later in the year. Wouldn't suprise me as the number of eve players has actually dropped quite radically over the past 6 months.

Think Sisko is right and the hours for plex (if you have plex) is the only way back in. However, given plex prices atm, it might not work out very cost effective.

Shiiiit. They were ~400mil last I played.

Anyway, I bought A PLEX for $$$ but can't apply it. H4P is not available (maybe I misused it in the past) and support is dead on a sunday. Account management makes it sound like you can apply it out of game but I don't see how.

afaik it takes up to an hour for a plex to show up ingame, that might be the issue?

it should show up as payment method for gametime

Apparently you might have to contact support via the petition system to re-enable it.

Yes there is an option to get a few hours of active account time when you buy a plex on non active accounts waiting for you to use that plex on said account.

They are strict with you abusing the system for other reasons though and a hefty ban will ensue Very Happy

Either way I thought this option was on the account page somewhere to activate account for 1hr or whatever to allow u to add ur plex.

Now fook off talking about eve I am taking a little break again.

Yeah I haven't played actively, really for 1,5-2 years or so. EVE is very unforgiving if you don't give it a lot of time, and in some ways it feels more like a second job than a game. It's still the game that I've had the most fun with, ever, mostly because of it's excellent risk vs. reward-system. Unfortunately to get something worthwhile rolling, you need to invest a lot of time into finding a good group, and then there will be pressure to be active. Playing EVE solo is going to be a short-lived experience for most people, it's an MMO and to be successful you have to accept that you're going to do whatever it is that you do, in a group.

Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

All old players that burn out or have funds to blow but do not want deep meaningful corp stuff grab a friend with a bomber and go piss people off in null sec/wormholes so it seems.

Its like the eve retirements path Very Happy Low cost possible high return for very little efforts with no drama.
