So I was a huge fan of WWF and WCW when I was a kid. Loved loved LOVED it. All my friends from school would meet up at someone's house to watch it on Mondays. We bought the video games and had tournaments on N64. Went to the shows live when they came around.

This was all 90's stuff. My dad would let me stay up late to watch it and he'd always have something awesome to snack on.

Just curious if they aired much or it if it had much of a following across the borders. I jsut got all the old '96-'99 Raw and getting the WCW ones too for shits and giggles lol. It's so god damn amusing.

<3 Mick Foley!

I watched WWF/WWE probably at least until ~2001 (so that's like from really young age until ~22 or so Wink)

Same!! WWE didn't really have that name until much later because of the World Wildlife Foundation finally throwing a fit over the name. None the less, after 2001, I mean I know it's already fake as it is but it just got downright stupid how much more drama and fakeness they added to it. It was almost insulting.

Also... Mick Foley had hell of a career. Cactus Jack, Dude Love, Mankind then just Mick Foley. I personally grew up cheering for Undertaker.

always knew it was "fake". But love to watch it none the less. Since i'm a little kid (so i grew up with Hulk, Warrior etc. and then WCW/WWF/ECW as well as a lot of japanese stuff (NJPW mostly).

Still love to watch it on a weekly basis. Only wwe tho. TNA kinda tired me out.

watched it mid nineties and actually watch a live show of a tour in germany in dortmund in 1995 or so, back then with shawn michaels, brett hart, lex lugor, yokozuna, diesel, razor ramone etc. Used to call some videogame shop every day for the royal rumble game on the SNES.

Ah back when I was young I liked this fakery. For me the one and only was The Undertaker tho! Very Happy

When Scifi went lol wut and renamed to Syfy I saw one or two and but it really got way worse. With their stories and their dramas...

The WWF in the 90's I saw was broadcasted on TV, but I'm not sure if it was a Belgian or a station from The Netherlands.

It's kind of funny to see people name the wrestlers since I remember a lot of names, never gave it any thought before.

Ya, I liked me some wrestling when I was younger, when it was at it's peak. In the 80's and 90's.

There were some more memorable wrestlers later on, like the undertaker, the rock, stone cold.... but I've really fallen out of it and don't really know anything about it anymore...
