My tenants are moving out by the end of August. I have to find new tenants by then but my they are from Russia and they don't speak german at all, just a bit. they had a translator when they moved in but I can't reach him on the phone.

There are people who want to take a look at the flat and estate agents who want to take pictures. I was trying to tell her yesterday if she is available next week / if she has some spare time so I can show people the flat.

It was really difficult for her but she managed to tell me that I should make appointments for 1 fucking day for EVERYONE and let them come. And then never again. ...seriously? read the fucking contract!
