Finally.....finally 6 months after my wedding I am able to go on a nice honeymoon/vacation. I can't even remember the last time I was on a vacation, probably 15+ years ago.... My wife and I are taking a week long cruise to Bermuda leaving out of New York City.

I'm going to get me some sun, swim in clear blue water, and have plenty of those fruity drinks with the umbrella in them.

I'll see you all in a week, cheers.

Congrats, have a lovely time.

Out of interest, how old are you? I've never even considered doing a cruise, but I'm in my late 20's.

Let me know because I'm generally interested in what you would do on a cruise. I know there is cinema, lots and lots and lots of eating and drinking. Many have pools right? I guess it's similar to an all inclusive hotel where you don't go out of the hotel? I think I'd miss the beach though Smile

Anyway, congrats again!

Thanks all Very Happy

@Horrordee

Turning 29 next Sunday, from what I hear there are people of all ages on the cruise, but mostly older couples/families.

There is a lot to do, the ship has everything.... Casino, restaurants, broadway shows, comedy shows, magicians, bowling, night club, rock climbing, water slides, obstacle course... lol there is plenty to do. Plus we are docked in Bermuda for 3 days, so we will be on the beach and walking around town Smile

Here are a few pictures of our ship. It's the Norwegian Breakaway.

 Spoiler:

I'll be sure to bring back plenty of pictures.
