Sounds far too good to be true and I doubt this will ever see the light of day even if it is true. Why would people splash out on new and expensive SSDs when they can give such astounding performance and longevity boosts to their existing ones for free?

The Crucial MX100 256GB is just 90 euros, damn. Is it a reliable drive? I assume it'll be fast enough. Instead of buying a new SSD for my laptop, I can buy a new one for the desktop and use the 128GB one for the laptop.

It's basically improved M500 with 16nm chips which means it should be fine. I am myself planning to get one as a secondary games/stuff drive. In terms of performance, for a primary / OS drive you could get a better one, just not for that price tag.

Shouldn't it be faster than my Intel 520 120GB considering the size and the newer tech? I already find my current SSD lightning fast.

This is what you get when you have old MBO with SATA2

And for a moment I thought that someone else had a shittier PC than me
