TBH, I think if this ends up badly, people can sue google and actually win big $$$. They're most likely to have made enough money to go to trial and prove their fair-use.

Well, Youtube's system is promoting this idiocy. It was literally throwing pewdiepie vids in my face because they were popular ... even though I had seen 0 of them, intentionally. Still, the were always shown.
How the fuck wouldn't that shit content snowball in popularity ? Lowest common denominator ftw !
Generally, the video suggestions promote a circlejerk.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It really does seem like a radical persona, like Steven Williams and his "Francis" character, completely different in life compared to YT.

One thing I absolutley detest is when they take a picture of themselves making a stupid face and use that as a thumbnail.
When I log into YouTube, my "recommended" list is filled with sub-par people making "goofy" faces and it makes me wish I could punch people through the internet.
