At least it doesn't sound as retarded as the last premise with Rambo taking on a genetically engineered beast with a hunger for human blood

Call me nostalgic, but I'm really looking forward to this.  Enjoyed Rambo (2008) more than I thought I would, so why not...go Sly!

More common these days in the US, at least (in the sense that it's possible to get a prescription for this):
