All 20 Barclays Premier League stadiums now feature in FIFA 15. Up from eight stadiums in FIFA 14, Premier League arenas look, feel and sound as they do in real life.

Authentic Player Head Scans
Over 200 new player heads will be scanned into FIFA 15 from the 2013/14 Premier League teams and will be joined by promoted teams. We use the latest 3D scanning technology to capture a player’s true likeness and give them the most realistic version of themselves in a football game.

Broadcast graphics
Broadcast graphics you’ll recognise from international Premier League television feeds: team sheets, formations, score and clock, next fixture and player stats.

Audio and Commentary
We visited and captured cheers, chants and sounds from over 20 live Barclays Premier League matches.FIFA 15 will have realistic audio to goal reactions, misses, whistles and over two hours of crowd-specific songs.

Goal Line Decision System
For the first time in a FIFA title we’ve implemented goal-line technology. Replay animations will emulate TV broadcasts after close calls and goal line clearances leaving you in no doubt about whether the ball crossed the line.

nothing special tbh, even the MLS all star team seems more exciting and I haven't played FUT apart from the WC mode in ages...

why is goal line technology necessary in a videogame? Smile

sometimes im not quite sure if the ball crossed the line (and no goal were given) so yes this is a nice feature to create a more authentic feeling. but in the end you will most likely skip this anyway

Isn't that part of the Premier League package, what with all the stadiums, chants and authentic broadcast? Or will this be included for all leagues in the game?

It would be a nice gimmick if refs actually could get that stuff wrong, but to my knowledge they were all knowing when it came to that stuff, just like they never make a wrong call on offsides even if it's super tight. So it's really just a nice touch to the game to keep that real feel in the broadcast. Just like the pitch wear, as I understand it, it doesn't actually affect gameplay.

2k did it in NBA 2K??? Sometimes the refs would call 2 or 3 points and then "go watch the replay" to confirm and overturn. This I have seen myself, but I think they sometimes get the goaltends wrong as well.

In one of the first FIFA versions, you could do a schwalbe. Didn't always work, but sometimes it did. It was especially fun when the opponent got a red card on top of it Very Happy

If only they would just release every two years instead. And then support their games properly (patches, squad updates)...
But then it's not only EA doing this. Most sports games are like this and it's lke a plague in my opinion. Mad

ofc they already started working on 16... the game is release in five weeks, do you think they will have any hard work to do left? Nope, max two weeks till the final game must be at ms and sony for certification. all they are doing is working on a gamescom build (and thats most likely finished since a week, although its based on a few months old code) and waiting for the transfer window to close on august 31th

Well, fixing the so-called "bugs" is not the priority, since it is clearly not the software's fault, but is tied to all the various different configurations out there. Our games have no significant problems, it's up to the users to detect and solve what's wrong with their obsolete computers.

Our talented teams at the EA Canada HQ are working hard as we speak, to finally bring you a perfectly functioning wind-simulated grass movement on the pitch with the 16 edition. If the busy timetable will allow it, we can expect to implement animated streakers and even dynamic laser pointers.
The innovative simulation button will not make it, but hopefully it'll become one of the crucial features of the Euro 2016 iteration.

And if the development process will proceed without any hitches, the brand new Ignite 2.0 engine that will power the 17 version will allow for realistic banana physics in order to bring a more authentic atmosphere to your favourite arenas.

Hehe yeah, I was joking but the problem is really widespread nowadays (sadly). If we exclude the few golden companies like CDProjekt, Larian and the likes, we're left with people who don't give a damn about respecting the customers. Sad
Hell, after one year I still can't play co-op in Fifa 14 because it mismatches me every single time, no matter what I do Okay Laughing (and believe me, I've tried everything)

Looking forward to this, not buying it of course but I just enjoy playing this from time to time. Menu and graphics look great, can't even go back to the cluttered FIFA 13 one anymore since playing 14.

I'll be buying it, but I justify it by knowing I'll buy it from somewhere like India or Mexico. 03 I bought from India for 15$ and 04 I bought for like 23$
