well, you can always just buy the keys from the market? some people still want paypal and such, its just tf2 keys are easy to trade... the fact you're frustrated because you cant use your cash, should show you as much

Just wondering if anyone has access to or a friend who has access to the Steam RU Region shop or the Ukraine one as they have a few DLC items I am interested in getting that provide key codes for the DLC that could be used in my region. Hopefully someone can help.

Been using PA for quite a few years now to sell mmo related stuff(nothing over 250$ though) and never had an issue with scams/chargebacks etc. always go for the insurance thing though its a small price to pay
