My advice, don't do it.

This Friday I will be attending my closest friends funeral.
He was traveling at 30mph and was a very careful rider. A woman was waving good bye to her family as she was about to drive off, she simply set off and u-turned I to my mate.

Everyone I know who has or has had bikes has had accidents, including myself involving a sheep at 90mph!!

It's not if you have an accident, it's when and how lucky or unlucky the outcome is.

But bikes are incredibly good fun. But so can performance cars.

Bikes are like skiis - it's not if you're going to fall, but when.

I too have lost a close friend die, due to him hitting a black horse in a dark night.

It's a chance you know you're taking, when you hop on.

And no - a bike that can reach 300km/h costs 5,000eur, a performance car that can reach that speed costs 50,000eur.

Scooters are safer cause they're easier to drive and you have less to worry about. You can get one with ABS, too.

Yep, the important part about vehicles is how they sound. Rolling Eyes

250cc is low-pitched enough as long as you remember to shift properly.

Its said 125cc in the thread title... Rolling Eyes

That shit is annoying, all the little 17yr olds here get one and think they are barry sheen or something, weeeeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, weeee weee weee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, go fucking smack into a post and wreck it ffs..

Its an obnoxious sounding cc and should be restricted to fun fairs I say.

Get a nice fj1200 tourer 4 stroke, those bikes sound lovely.

Yeah thats another thing... i hate those screaming moped sounds. But the 4 stroke bikes dont have much power again. The more i think about it, the more it makes no sense... those 125cc bikes are just... bäh. Need at least the A2 license...

Its just that i have technically only one eye (though both work, but no stereo sight and the bad eye 8 diopter). That means i need to go the the eye specialist again and do all these tests again. Meh. And then the license here is limited to 15 years since 2013. Which my B license isnt...
