PS: Xbox 360 / PS3 GTAV was just a smaller bone thrown at the market , PS4 / One / PC will be THE GTAV R* had in mind.

Every version will feature Rockstar Social Club for sure.
Same as steam versions of Max Payne 3, LA Noire. Steam only for downloading and starting rest is on RS SC.
Steam version here in EU will probably cost 50-60 euros so i guess better take somewhere else.
