I just tried the crack. It works fine but you need to be logged in. Staying on the log in screen is prevent the crack to do its job apparently.

Well got the Digital Deluxe vs from 3DM and their crack but I get the "Initialization error at start up. [135dec40:90f690cf:00000075]" Confused

Did you run the Launcher or the S4.exe? Make sure you just run "The.Sims.4.Launcher.exe" and then sit back and wait, it takes a few moments to start. Also, just as a matter of course, make sure you have the redists installed and I'd recommend running the touchup app to make sure the registry entries are fixed.

touchup.exe install -locale en_US -installPath "G:\Games\The Sims 4" -autologging -startmenuIcon=1 -desktopIcon=1


Where G:\Games is obviously wherever you installed TS4.

I had to copy over some language files in order to get the game running...

Edit:
Not exactly sure if that fixed it, I can run the game every time after copying over those files now though.

Prolly the 3DM version only had fucking China languages and game was set to run for EN.

Same thing happens to me. I was looking at the TaskManager while starting the launcher. And it seems like TS4.exe spears for a few seconds, working something, then disappears and nothing happens.
Yes, I tried running as admin.

Hmm..it crashes out on boot listing phython33.dll as the faulting module using the IAA release with 3DM v1 for me. Yes, I'm logged in to a dummy account, have the VC redist. installed (both of them), and ran as admin.

Thoughts?

I can't get this to run, I'm using Awesome's upload and the crack that was supplied but I run the exe (The.Sims.4.Launcher.exe) and nothing happens.. it's not even in my processes , also got Origin running in the background

If the game do not start, try this.

You need to install both x64 and x86 vcredist 2013 softwares.
Its located here: The SIMS 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist

I was doing the change appearance trick and after 9-10 times the game crashed and now its not loading again Laughing It's fine until the point when I choose which house to control and then when its loading it just ctd Laughing

Btw its possible if you wait for new crack to force you to start a new game. The game is using some strange hard codding of the households to their creator account and the game will freeze in 99% of the time if you try to transfer your demo households to the full game and try to load them with a new acc instead of using the acc you initially used for creating the households. So when the new crack arrives it will prolly use some dummy acc or non origin method for managing your saves meaning all your current progress may be lost forever unless someone finds a way to convert the saves not to freeze the game when using different acc.

Did that already. Those redist offered me to repair the installation, I did it anyway.
Still nothing happens when starting the launcher. (tried with origin in offline mode, still nothing)

How do you do this where is that option?

Edit: I noticed windows defender will zap that special .dll to 0kbs.While checking out another system ive noticed its supposed to be 679kbs Wink
