Bought it. It's quite interesting to play around with.. You can spawn planes, ships and land vehicles which makes it at least a bit more playable.

It's a bit strange that they decided to go with full 3D grass, which not even modern games has most of the time (usually its just flat X-shapped 2D textures), though it seems you can turn it off.

The trees are 2D even up close so it does not have realistic forests for example (which i had already guessed).

But it's pretty amazing what they have done, gladly support things like this.. As a flight sim engine this is probably as good as it can get.

Would be nice to see a designed planet for a game world. Think that would be ambitious enough instead of some other games who want to do more.

How does it feel to fly the aircraft? Do they have a good feel? Is it arcade-ish or more realistic? Are there damage models? Can you crash and explode or is it super lame?

Been following this engine for a long time but just don't give a fuck about a big open world. What can we DO with it is way more important.

It's arcade-ish.. no damage models. It should not be seen as a game probably, it's a tech demo after all and it's more similar to something like Google Earth than a game really.

Gotcha, thanks for the feedback Smile I'm sure they will keep working.
