Lost Planet 2 (Episode 5)? I thought that when I first read the thread but then under further consideration, said no way would he mean that game with that kind of explanation...but then again...it almost has to be that.
BTW I hate that style of game but played it for the co-op.
I'm pretty sure I've played all the third person/first person action games released in the last decade, but I can't recall anything with those characteristics and story at the moment. It's really bugging me Pika, I'm so curious..
well, Maxxify and proekaan already got it right, it clearly must be Lost Planet 2
I never played it,even though like ixi I played almost all TPS/FPS of the last decade. but this game came out at the height of the coop craze and reviews said singleplayer was crap so I skipped it
Lost planet 2 ,episode 5 ! i liked lost planet 2, was ok game imo
ClaudeFTW was the first one to name it, but i couldn't find that scene so we kept looking for the right game while we had it already under nose.
now..speech speech speech speech...ok OK:
First of, i want to thank you all for your effort and i am lucky to have firends like you, i love you guys (not that kind of love, i mean, love in a good way )
this gameplay scene was in my head during the last few days, and i just couldn't remember what game was it, but thanks to you guys, case solved
also, it is nice to remember that during the last few years, there were some pretty nice games, i always value game few years after they are out.
I had a lot of fun with LP2 in co-op, just got shit-faced on beers and played it into the AM, can't remember a damn thing about the game to be honest. (except the desert part, lol)
Sorry for the thread resurrection but I'm stuck trying to remember a game name.
I'm sure it's available on steam I played the demo of it a few years ago. The basic premise of the game was you owned a weapons and armour shop. You also had to go dungeon crawling to get the weapons. You then sold them in your store etc.
