I'm not really mad at all - was too many games for November anyways. Assassins Creed Unity, the new WoW expansion, either the crew or project cars, far cry 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition and everything that comes before and inbetween should keep me occupied until late January.
God i just looked at metacritic for games that come out soon to make that 'list' - Fall 2014 is going to be crazy.

I'm not even surprised. Even if they said the PC version will be released in Nov with the new consoles, I'd still be expecting a delay announced eventually.
The real kicker will be if the game still isn't optimized well. Now that would be fucked up. If you're going to play around with people like this (and that's exactly what they're doing), at least deliver a quality port.

I just noticed the console version is coming out the same day as Dragon Age 3.

Yeah its borderline stupid/insane I bet comments would be like - waiting a year - "oh god its finally here", waiting +2 more months - "FUCK ROCKSTAR THEIR TYPICAL SHIT FUCK THIS !!!111"
So much bile coming from 25-35 (I assume) grown up males with jobs, sometimes with wifes/kids, just because some company will deliver their fix of ENTERTAINMENT 2 months later than on some other ENTERTAINMENT device, a product for which most of them probably wont pay anyway what.the.fuuck.
I myself couldnt give a single fuck, so many games in my backlog, both pc, ps3, ps2 and wii (emulation ftw) its ridiculous, but when Im reading comments that someone feels "shat on" because they will get gta5 2 months later or calling people "cunts" if they buy original copy its just... I dont even know how to describe that I laugh and feel pity for that people at the same time. Now I know that there actually are people capable of writing shit like death treats to the developers/gaming jurnos/youtubers

Damn it,  just read the news. How utterly pathetic, but I'm not even surprised anymore. Console-centric company is console-centric, there's nothing to do. Gotta optimize them couch machines' sales first, as per tradition! (which is likely the only thing they'll optimize)
I was going to say "I'll pirate the hell out of it" but since I already pirate everything these days, the sentence has lost its meaning for me. But at least I'll have the moral right to do it, so there's that.

Im mad not cuz of the delay...heck no1 gives a shit about it..i just dont like their behavior towards pc gamers...especially if you look at the buggy and terrible port GTA4.

From someone who has played the game:
#1- Nope, not even close. RDR is a substantially better game. GTA V might have the best narrative of all GTA games though (maybe apart from Vice City)
#2- I bought X360 for RDR, and if I could turn back time I would always do so. I wouldn't buy a console for GTA V. Just saying.
With that said, I also am going to buy it, because I want to try the multiplayer part (which I very much enjoyed in GTA IV, even with the rampant hacking- the object spawner made things even more fun imoooooooo), and because I can't see what all the modding will bring. Iron Man mod for IV? Pffft, how about Iron Man + Spider-Man + Hulk mod, where you can switch between those three at will, like in the main game between Michael, Franklin and Trevor.
I totally understand the people who are raging about the PC delay though. As far as I'm concerned, and it's a viewpoint I mentioned before, I only care about the product itself. If it were up to the developers at R* I have no doubt that all versions would have been released simultaneously. Same with the UbiDelay stuff. If the game is great, I will buy it, regardless of the publisher's policies.

It's funny, this outcry from people. The game is already more than a year late. But people were all "shut up and take my money". But a ZOMG TWO MONTH DELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they are "fuck this shit, for these two months I will not buy it!!!!!!!"
The ironic thing is, if RDR was released today for PC, people would buy it in drones for full price, despite being a more than four year old game. But these two months, these TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!
