Oh OK, the other 14 months are OK, because it affected us and the ps4/xbone derpas. Come on. Either criticize the entire delay, or it's really irrelevant. Or maybe "they were working on additional stuff" makes it OK to double dip a game for full price 14 months after original release? |

It was far from okay and you know that. All most people have done is criticise the pointless delay and bullshit treatment from Rockstar. It would have at least been SOMETHING to come the same time as the "NextGenLOLZ" versions, but they can't even manage that.

Don't confuse yourself with "most people". You took my words as if directly addressing you. You may have criticized (albeit that "SOMETHING" comment makes me doubt that), but certainly not most people, who were happy to jack off to some trailer that showed more grass and better ocean waves. The trailer on the previous pages looks exactly like PS3 version, with a higher resolution. All they did is increase LOD levels in the ini files. A year. |

PC gamers have ALWAYS criticized the entire delay.
It's just that some people thought that Rockstar would finally stop messing with people and release it already, only to have it delayed again.
You're criticizing people for reacting only to the moment but in actuality, that's exactly what you're doing. No one is mad now, that wasn't already annoyed when the last-gen consoles were announced without so much of a mention of the PC version.
Here's your interpretation of pc gamers before and after this delay announcement: "Yay we love Rockstar again!!! What, delayed? OMFGIHATEYOUROCKSTAR4LIFE!!"
Here's the reality: "About damn time. What, delayed again? Fuck you (again) Rockstar."
People type dramatically online but I'm fairly certain most will continue on with their day like usual.

Aside from the fact that trolls are irrelevant because their expressed emotions are disengenuine, and we're talking about genuine emotions before/after the announcement of this delay...
I was referring to your "Either criticize the entire delay, or it's really irrelevant" comment. I was also referring to your first post on this page about how you think people went from "shut up and take my money" to freaking out about the delay.
My point is the general population did not turn 180 like you implied. It hasn't been a switch from teary-eyed gratitude to froth-mouthed hatred. It has ALWAYS been a mix of resentment and careful optimism. Optimism that we would at least get fair treatment for the 2nd release, only to be dashed again.

XBONE/PS4 versions "delays" were perfectly understandable at some degree for PC also.
however
the additonal 2 months PC delay obviously shows they don't want to ship PC version along side with consoles,Ubisoft at least adimtted it while Rockstar don't. I doubt it has anything to do with "optomization" and I agree Gamers should protest.

+1 Exactly how I feel. I would have felt a bit ashamed at myself if I bought this after a year delay, but then to go and push it back even further than current gen consoles is unacceptable. I can't support that.
