What the cocksucker fuck. There was an electrician something in the house and i overheard what they said because how could i not?! They were right outside my door inside their side of the basement and i hear it clear as day. He asked the guy up stairs if any pc's or similar is running cause we should shut it off. He immediately said "no" and wham. My computer shut of on me. Holy shit i've never wanted to punch someone in the face as much as then. These people have absolutely no regard for my presence.
Why didn't you go out and speak to them, then? If you heard them talking and you heard about the PC, you should have gone outside and said "Excuse me, I live here and MY computers are running"
Because they might say sorry, i say ok, but please notify me the next time and the next time they do it all over again. And i don't like creating conflicts. These guys have time and time again shown how little they care about my presence, so i hardly doubt anything i try to do will help. Have confronted them a couple of times, but it just doesn't help.

I went up and told them that it felt like the roof was going to collapse over my head, but as usual. Whole family gathering at the door which makes my points seem less important than 1 on 1 conversation. And i don't like the kids hearing me complaining, cause little shits are little shits and can start messing around because they know i don't like it.
Anyway, they didn't know they would make so much noise and i asked if they could stop, and they said yes. 10 minutes later it started again.
I know exactly what it feels like to live in this situation. For 3 years the people who live above me have been screaming and banging all the time. The banging is the worst as it is like you said, my ceiling is like a big subwoofer. I think I have found somewhere to move to within the next month (Hopefully).
They are just of the fights they have, they were slamming their doors shut like 50-100 times per day, everyday, which was even more annoying. I have made loads of complaints recently and phoned the police and it seems they have finally realised that it is the banging that pisses me off the most and they have stopped slamming their doors, they are still fighting, though. I realised it's never going to change so long as they are together so I'm moving.

Because it really seems that you're at the end of the rope, at least regarding trying to solve the issues in that case.
You tried to talk, didn't matter. Next step would be to escalate the issue with the renting party but unfortunately they are the source of the problem so... I'm not seeing any other options.
Try looking more carefully on the next city, even if it's more expensive than what you have now. And with a little luck you'll get something in which the landlord is not at the renting site.

7 days straight now. Usually from 15-20 and some days as early as 10-21 now when it's easter break of constant fucking stomping and every kind of loud shit a kid can do with hard objects against wooden floors with no insulation. I can't handle this anymore. These are kids, fuck how i hate kids and the laws overprotective hand towards them. Noise, fine, but when the noise is so bad that it's terrorizing neighbors, then it's the fucking parents or guardians job to get a fucking handle on them. Or so it should be.
I'm just going to go all out on a last try and complain so that they do not forget, and if they don't respect and say some shit like "if you don't like it, move" i'm just going to cancel my contract for this apartment. This has gone on for far too long already. I fear my resilience might damage my credibility when asking for official aid in my desperate need for a new apartment.
Holy shit how the noise levels have progressed since i first moved in.
Most countries have laws against any kinds of noise when they start affecting your health (which it does). Bet Norway has it since this crap law of Sweden (Sorry Swedes but your law sucks compared to West/central European countries) has contains that one.
(We had a noisy neighbour and we did everything: talking to him, to the rental company, 'Störningsjouren' couple of times and in the end my girlfriend just had to tell the company her health was suffering and all of a sudden they came down hard on him.)
Normally you don't even need to go to a doctor, but it can strengthen your case. You clearly suffer mentally and physically from it and that is never okay. So go that way, it might even give you a priority status in obtaining another apartment.

Then he asked me the question: "what do you do for work?" and me working with IT, he quickly notfied me that the apartment doesn't have have a copper/fiber line for an internet connection, and my option being some mobile shit. 36 Euro a month for up to 10Mbit and 8Gb cap. Certainly no one has ever told me a lucky person

The thing is that i can only rent it for 8 months. I don't care that it's only 8 months tbh. I just want to get out of this place bonus being that it's close to work which and i take the bus each day 2 and a half hours for, so it would be great.
Gotta love it. Guys upstairs are nowhere to be found and can't get a hold of them with phone either when i need to cancel my contract ASAP. Usually it's a kindergarten upstairs when i arrive from work. It's between me and another guy and first guy to have details in order gets the apartment. This is fucked up.
Internet thing worked out. It's no problem to get internet to the apartment.

This is it. Ive had it with these inconsiderate assholes. This weekend has been nothing but a nightmare. Went to bed at 03:00 tonight and woke up to a kid nightmare at 5:30. The little shits have stayed the night. At one point i slammed my fist against the wall twice, and hard enough that they stopped in their tracks while rolling something over the wooden floor.. Didnt last long though. Im gonna cancel this contract and hope for the best. This is more than i can handle.
So i've got myself a new appartment! moving in a few days! There will be challenges ahead. Appartment is not really all that ideal because it's way small, and i wonder how i'm going to fit in both my TV and my computer But i'll find a way. It'll just be a really tight fit! Sound proofing has been a big focus by the guy renting out, and i could really tell!
